These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your engagement of services from Accounting 4 Life and Tax Services (“we,” “us,” “our”), including services offered under our trade names A4L Holdings and ProLicensor. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide accounting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, and advisory services, as well as service and consultation fees relating to the ProLicensor platform. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in the written quote or engagement letter you receive before work begins.

3. Engagements and Quotes

Every engagement starts with a written quote describing the services and fees. No charge is made until you have approved the quote. Changes in scope are quoted and approved in writing before additional fees apply.

4. Fees and Payment

• All fees are quoted and billed in U.S. dollars.
• Invoices are payable upon receipt unless your quote states otherwise.
• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.
• Charges will appear on your card statement from Accounting 4 Life and Tax Services.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents needed for your engagement. We are not responsible for outcomes, penalties, or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, or by late delivery of required documents.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Tax and financial outcomes depend on your individual facts and applicable law. We perform our services with professional care, but we do not guarantee any particular refund, tax position, or financial result.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your financial and tax information as confidential and disclose it only as needed to perform the services, as required by law, or with your consent.

9. Intellectual Property

The content of this website — text, design, and branding — belongs to Accounting 4 Life and Tax Services and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables we prepare for you (such as filed returns and financial statements) are yours upon payment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to termination; any unearned prepaid fees are refunded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
